1 Initiating Your Return
UK customers can return items by contacting our support team at support@miravelle-fashion.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide you with detailed return instructions and authorization to ensure a smooth process.
What to include in your return request: Order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with your return authorization and shipping instructions.
2 Item Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items returned in used or damaged condition may result in a reduced refund based on their depreciated value.
3 Return Shipping & Costs
Returns must be sent by post to our designated address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

4 Product Exchanges

5 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is issued. Bank processing times may vary.

6 Return Costs by Situation
For Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover all return costs and provide prepaid shipping labels.
For Change of Mind Returns: Customer pays actual return shipping costs. No restocking fees apply to approved returns.
7 Failed Deliveries
Important: If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or non-collection, we may deduct return shipping costs and re-delivery charges from any refund issued.
8 Items We Cannot Accept
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons:
- Custom or personalized fashion items
- Hygiene products (underwear, socks) unless unopened and unused
- Items damaged by customer use or mishandling
9 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange return collection at no cost and provide a replacement or full refund after inspection.
10 Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process after receiving the items.
11 Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Contact support@miravelle-fashion.com immediately. Changes are only possible before dispatch - once shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
