How long does delivery take to the UK?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays are processed the same day. Here's our delivery timeline:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Transit Time: 8-11 business days (Monday-Friday)

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We provide completely free standard shipping across the United Kingdom on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Can you deliver to parcel lockers or pickup points?

Currently, we only deliver directly to residential and business addresses provided at checkout. We don't support collection points or parcel lockers at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code via email. You can monitor your package through our Track & Trace system.

Note: Tracking may take 1-2 business days to appear in the carrier's system. We appreciate your patience!

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

First, check your tracking information. If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us at support@miravelle-fashion.com. We'll investigate and send a replacement or full refund if needed.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry this happened! Please email us at support@miravelle-fashion.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage - we'll resolve this immediately.

What's your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached.

Contact support@miravelle-fashion.com to start your return. We'll process refunds within 7 business days of receiving your item.

Who pays for return shipping?

For defective/incorrect items: We cover all return costs.

For change of mind returns: Customer covers return shipping costs.

No restocking fees apply to any approved returns.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Absolutely! Contact us at support@miravelle-fashion.com and we'll guide you through the exchange process. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we inspect your returned item. We'll email you confirmation once the refund is issued to your original payment method.
