Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays are processed the same day. Here's our delivery timeline:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Transit Time: 8-11 business days (Monday-Friday)

Yes! We provide completely free standard shipping across the United Kingdom on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Currently, we only deliver directly to residential and business addresses provided at checkout. We don't support collection points or parcel lockers at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking code via email. You can monitor your package through our Track & Trace system.
Note: Tracking may take 1-2 business days to appear in the carrier's system. We appreciate your patience!

You can return items within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached.

For defective/incorrect items: We cover all return costs.
For change of mind returns: Customer covers return shipping costs.
No restocking fees apply to any approved returns.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we inspect your returned item. We'll email you confirmation once the refund is issued to your original payment method.
